Karemet is a resident-intelligence and personalization platform for skilled nursing. It helps communities learn what matters to each person and act on it with care.
Why we exist
Care can be excellent and still miss the person.
A move into skilled nursing can disrupt routines, relationships, agency, and a sense of purpose. At the same time, the details that make someone recognizable can be hard for a busy community to carry from one interaction to the next.
Karemet is being built from a nurse's perspective to close that gap. Through onboarding, resident choices, and conversations with Lucy, the platform develops a permissioned understanding of the person—then turns it into relevant experiences and practical openings for human connection.
What we are building
